Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use rogolink.com or order a vehicle through RogoLink ("we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Our service

RogoLink lists vehicles offered at North American auto auctions. When you place an order, we act on your behalf to buy the vehicle, arrange its shipping to your destination port, and help with customs clearance and delivery. We are not the auction house, and vehicles are not held in our own inventory.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information, confirm your email address, and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or are used for fraud.

3. Vehicle information

Vehicle details, photos and condition information come from the auction listing. Auction vehicles are sold as-is and may have damage or faults that are not shown in the listing. We present this information in good faith but cannot guarantee that it is complete or accurate. Please review each listing carefully before ordering.

4. Prices and payment

Prices shown on the site, including estimates of shipping, customs duty and other import charges, are estimates. Final costs can change with auction results, exchange rates, shipping rates and the import rules of your destination country. We will tell you about any change to the amount you owe before you are asked to pay it. Your order is confirmed once we have received and verified your payment.

5. Cancellations and refunds

If we are unable to buy the vehicle you ordered, we will tell you and refund the amount you paid for it, or, with your agreement, apply it to another vehicle. Once a vehicle has been bought at auction on your behalf, the purchase generally cannot be reversed, and costs already incurred may not be refundable. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

6. Shipping, customs and delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Delays can be caused by auction processing, shipping schedules, port congestion, customs inspections and other events outside our control. You are responsible for meeting the import rules of your country, including any restrictions on vehicle age or type, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Emails from us

We send emails about your account and orders, and alerts you choose to receive. You can unsubscribe from alerts at any time using the link in each alert email. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, including by scraping it, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or using it for fraud or any unlawful purpose.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the condition of a vehicle as described by the auction. Our total liability for an order is limited to the fees you paid us for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the date at the top of this page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
