How long does the whole process take?

Typically 6-9 weeks from purchase to delivery. This includes 3-5 days for purchase processing, 5-7 days transport to port, 4-6 weeks shipping, and 3-7 days for customs clearance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), Visa/Mastercard, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through Paystack/Flutterwave.

Are the vehicles inspectable before purchase?

We provide detailed photos, damage reports, and vehicle history for every listing. While physical inspection isn't possible before shipping, our team reviews each vehicle and the damage assessment is clearly documented.

What if the vehicle doesn't match the description?

We stand behind our listings. If there's a significant undisclosed issue, we'll work with you to resolve it. All damage is clearly documented upfront so you know exactly what you're getting.

What about vehicles older than 10 years?

Ghana GRA typically limits imports to vehicles within 10 years of manufacture. Older vehicles face significant additional penalties or may be refused entry. We flag and warn about non-compliant vehicles in our catalog.

Can I track my vehicle during shipping?

Yes! Your dashboard shows real-time tracking from purchase through delivery. You'll receive notifications at each milestone: purchase, shipping, arrival at Tema, customs clearance, and delivery.
